About Brooke Layton
BROOKE LAYTON is a former school administrator, teacher, and adjunct instructor for University of Arizona. Brooke obtained her Masters in Educational Leadership at the American College of Education after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. She taught various elementary grade levels for over 10 years, then became an assistant principal, and later an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona. Today Brooke is a full-time writer, Wellness Advocate, adjunct professor, business owner, home education evaluator, and mom who creates curriculum for Schoolhouse Teachers, a division of The Old Schoolhouse magazine, and she loves reading and writing encouraging stories while raising two growing boys.
